What is Included?
The online camp will include 4 sessions to help you create a business:

Session I: The Business Mindset – In this session, we will the mindset of a CEO and the legalities of running a business and how to properly establish a business for success.
Session II: Target Marketing – In this session, you will learn how to identify the problem(s) your business solves and then find the people who need your product (on-and-offline). You will learn the science of target market research so that you know exactly who your product or service is for and how it can help your targeted audience.
Session III: Sales forecasting and Cash Flow – In this session, attendees will be able to determine how much money they can make with your product or service? And how many customers/clients/signups they need to be profitable? This session will help them create the sales forecasting and cash flow plan for their business plan. Having this plan will help them make money and predict how cash will flow through thei business.
Session IV: Sales and Marketing– In this session, attendees will create a sales and marketing plan which includes how and where they will promote their business.

At the end of the boot camp, attendees will have a fully completed business plan that is designed to help them be successful and make money. They will also have strategies in place to take their business to the next level.
