What is Included?
The training will include 4 video sessions to help you create a business and a strategy to make your business profitable:

Session I: Thinking and Planning like a CEO – In this session, we will discuss the mindset of a CEO. We will also discuss the legalities of running a business and properly establish your business getting started on your business plan.
​
Session II: Target Marketing and Product Development – In this session, you will learn how to identify the problem(s) your products/services solves and then find the people who need them (on-and-offline). You will learn the science of target market research so that you know exactly who your product or service is for and how it can help your targeted audience.

Session III: Sales forecasting and Cash Flow – In this session, you will be able to determine how much money you can make with your product or service? And how many customers/clients/signups you need to be profitable? This session will help you create the sales forecasting and cash flow plan for your business plan. Having this plan will help you make money and predict how cash will flow through your business.

Session IV: Sales and Marketing– In this session, you will create a sales and marketing plan which includes how and where you will promote your business.

At the end of the training, you will have a fully completed business plan that is designed to help you be successful and make money. You will also have strategies in place to take your business to the next level.
